A police inspector embarks on a quest to uncover a lust-driven conspiracy at a sicilian boarding school. After questioning the mother of one of the pupils, he begins to suspect the headmaster of conspiring with local bad boys to force school-girls to take part in sexual indecencies. In the course of his investigation he penetrates deeper and deeper into a perverted network of power, sex and lust.
